Godd service 4/16/2010

I used Digitex for my home internet for three years and never had any problems with them. In addition when My PC becasme infected with a worm, they de-bugged it and re-loaded all my essential programs very quickly and reasonably inexpensively. Good service but very casual. I'd use them again. more

Wireless service that works 7/15/2008

I read the review of Jeff R and cannot disagree more. Our service with them is extremely fast and reliable. When there have been outages, they are quick to respond and make repairs. Over a two year period, only a couple of major outages lasting less than a day. As for not getting returned calls or not getting anyone, I have successfully spoken to the owner several times. Perhaps Jeff R. is not calling during there normal business hours. more

Horrible Internet Service 12/7/2007

I recently signed up for Digitex Wireless Internet and for the first month everything was great. Soon after I starting having problems with their service. It would consistently go out for hours at a time and when it was not down it runs slower then my old dialup service. This has gone on for over 2 months and not one problem has been fixed. On top of all the internet service problems, they double bill me every month and try to charge me late fees because of the double bill. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for internet service. more

Poor Services 2/9/2006

At one time, my family and I were thinking of signing up with Digitex for internet service. Needless to say, after our experience with their customer service, we've decided to choose someone else. Their lack of interest and not returning phone calls was the deciding factor behind this decision. \r \r Sadly, we were not the only ones who had a bad experience wtih Digitex. One of our friends needed their laptop repaired. After two "failed" times and charges, they decided enough was enough. \r \r Because of our bad experiences, we would not recommend this company to anyone. more
