Let me start out by saying that the people here are very nice. With that said, I went in to get highlights touched ups. I have very short hair, my appointment was at 1pm, I left at 4pm! It took me 3 hours to get highlight touch ups. I'm no expert, but I think bleach on your hair for almost 2 hours is not good. I guess I was charged by the hour, because my bill ended up being $80 for TOUCH UPS! I saved the best for last, my TOUCH UP COLOR DID NOT MATCH MY HIGHLIGHTS. I got home and found out that what was touched up was WAY lighter than my original golden highlights! Nice people, but go somewhere else to get your hair done, anywhere else!!!
