GREAT HAIR SALON 2/23/2011

Just to let you know , I Have been using The Haircrafter's salon for all my family needs. The hairdresser's there are GREAT and professional stylist, you get what you ask for there. I have short hair myself and my daughter has long hair , we go together and are in an out in 2 hours with both of us getting highlights ..so I say , if you need a GREAT place to get your hair done ...call them more

NO, NO and NO 7/22/2008

Let me start out by saying that the people here are very nice. With that said, I went in to get highlights touched ups. I have very short hair, my appointment was at 1pm, I left at 4pm! It took me 3 hours to get highlight touch ups. I'm no expert, but I think bleach on your hair for almost 2 hours is not good. I guess I was charged by the hour, because my bill ended up being $80 for TOUCH UPS! I saved the best for last, my TOUCH UP COLOR DID NOT MATCH MY HIGHLIGHTS. I got home and found out that what was touched up was WAY lighter than my original golden highlights! Nice people, but go somewhere else to get your hair done, anywhere else!!! more
