and how many times you do get a book with a gift receipt? I never had. I received one book I didn't want, best-seller yet, brought it there and was told they no longer let you do an exchange or get a credit unless there is a receipt. The manager on duty was a bit snotty about it too. I guess I'll be shopping more at Borders down in Sherman Oaks, even though I do have some Barnes and Noble Gifts cards, so will use them.
