I read the reviews even before taking my pet and i should have listened. I thought due to the convience of it being so close i'd give it a try, also my sister was happy with the service she received their as we have the exact same dogs. (brothers) Anyway i was quoted one price on the phone and then when i went to pick him up the price was a bit higher and so i asked what else did you do besides the usual grooming? there comment was that is what we charge and that your dog had bad behavior. Gee, i didn't know there was a extra charge for bad behavior. I should've asked if there is a discount for good behavior. So funny they said he had bad behavior. This puppy is the easiest puppy i have ever had. He doesn't bark and a complete lover. Even Petsmart commented on How great he was for them.
