I read the reviews even before taking my pet and i should have listened. I thought due to the convience of it being so close i'd give it a try, also my sister was happy with the service she received their as we have the exact same dogs. (brothers) Anyway i was quoted one price on the phone and then when i went to pick him up the price was a bit higher and so i asked what else did you do besides the usual grooming? there comment was that is what we charge and that your dog had bad behavior. Gee, i didn't know there was a extra charge for bad behavior. I should've asked if there is a discount for good behavior. So funny they said he had bad behavior. This puppy is the easiest puppy i have ever had. He doesn't bark and a complete lover. Even Petsmart commented on How great he was for them. Anyway, i called my sister to see what she was charged and she had more things done so she thought. They talked her into dremmeling her dogs nails so it wouldn't scratch her daughter and that was what s
