I call Dr. Laws office to schedule a consultation. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. She started bombarding me with questions in a tone like I was disturbing her day by calling. She asked me if I smoked and I said on occasion. Like when my friends and I are having a couple of glasses of wine on a Friday night after a long work week. The woman immediately dismissed me and said well you can?t have the procedure for 6 months then. I said what are you talking about?. She said if you smoke you have to quit for 6 months. I responded with I am not a full time smoker just an occasional social smoker a couple times of year when at a party or out with friends. She became even more rude?( if that is possible) and said well it doesn?t matter you can?t smoke for 6 months. I said well I would like to have the consult any way because I have questions. She responded with why would you want a consult when in 6 months you will need another consult. I said because I have questions whether I even want to have the operation. Then she sighs and said fine let me see what we have?\r

After having such a terrible experience with this front desk woman I don?t even know if I would want to go there. By all means don?t tell these people your lips have even touch a cigarette because they will treat you like you are a criminal. \r
