The customer service I received today has revived my belief in patronizing the neighborhood stores, especially during this period of rising gas prices. Who wants/needs to drive to Home Depot when we can get top notch service right near home!! I needed four pegs for my bookshelf and when we couldn't find the right size, the person who was assisting me used his ingenuity, found a metal rod and sawed off four pegs that matched the size I needed. I am a very happy shopper!
