The last time I tried to eat at Nook, our party of three walked in to an EMPTY restaurant, ready to spend money, and we were told we had to have a reservation. We said, ""but there's no one here"", but were declined. \r

Odd I thought, so tonight (four months later), I called well in advance to make a reservation, but was told I could NOT make a reservation over the phone and if I came in, I would have to wait. \r

So basically, I guess you have to go there, make a reservation at some point in your busy day, then go back later to eat. OR you can just go extra early and wait in line like the common folk who DON'T make reservations. Oh wait, that was me until I got so confused I decided to order pizza instead.\r

TOO MUCH HASSLE FOR CASUAL DINNER!!!!!
Cons: Odd rotating reservation system.
