Great concept, poor customer service 7/3/2008

The instructor is not really good with kids, most of her interaction feels really forced. In addition, they tell you one thing about pricing when you sign up then switch it around after you have the kids in it and excited about cooking. For instance, we were told that if you paid for the initiation fee your child would get laminated copies of the recipes for every class they attend. So we paid initiation fee ($40) and $15 for the trial class. At the end of the class when the kids did not get a copy of the recipe the assistant assured us she would have a copy the next time we came in. So we paid $35 for the next class (regular price) and at the end of that class the kids got copies of the recipe for that day. When we inquired about the previous week's class recipe I was told we did not pay for that we only paid for trial and trial does not include a copy of the recipe. If we wanted the previous weeks recipe I would have to pay an additional $15 for each copy. Yes, that's right $30 to get two copies of a recipe after we had already spent $180 for two classes and two initiation fees!\r \r No thank you. Pros: Kids get to learn about cookin Cons: Deceptive pricing policy & unreasonable staff more
