We went to the South Charlotte location on a Sunday evening at 6pm and the restaurant was pretty empty.\r

A NY Strip steak was ordered at my table cooked medium. The steak arrived medium rare and was not able to be cut. The second time it arrived it was the same problem. The manager delivered the steak and argued that their ""Medium"" cooked steak is more on the light pink vs. warm pink which the way it should be. The second time it arrived it was also over a quarter of fat.\r

At the end of the meal I brought it to the attention of the manager that we should not be charged for a steak that had to be returned twice. He argued with me that it is the way ""Mickey and Mooch"" cooks their steaks. Instead of saying he was sorry and just taking the steak off the bill he continued to argue with me.\r

I am not sure what their customer service philosophy is but THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Don't argue with one if you want them to return to your restaurant.\r

I had been in the past and although service was always lacking the food was good. I am not a Mickey and Mooch fan anymore.\r
