I have read the others reviews and felt I should comment. Regarding the new management take over in April of 2007... I see this person wrote their review 1 month after the takeover. Property takeovers are a nightmare for the staff. I too am in property management and I choose to live in this wonderful community even though I get a rent discount at my place of business. All the negative comments from this person have been resolved. They even opened the pool up for 24 hours, but the apartments are too close to the pool and people were having little parties at 3 in the AM, so they put the hours back to normal. Thank goodness too, cause I live by the pool and even when it was just two people out there at 3 in the morning, their voices carried. They put out a monthly newsletter that is fun and informative. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff is great too. It is very quiet (almost too quiet) at night. I love it here and will be here til I buy a home.

Cons: No BBQ's.
