The service provided by VoiceNation/Voice-Plus never worked as promiced. When a person called in they were to have an option to go to a live operator. That function did not work when I first ordered the service in May 2006. I contacted them and was assured they would get it fixed. In November of 2006 I discovered the same problem and decided that I needed a reliable service and followed the procedures to change the service and phone number to another. I personally talked with Eric my contact on December 13 2006 after he received the transfer papers and was assured he would take care of it. He did not, did not return follow up phone calls and the billing department was less than cooperative in working with me and also would not return follow up calls from me or when I did talk to them they assured me that Eric would call me. They charged my Credit Card for 5 months after the service should have been discontinued and I am still waiting for a refund. The last request for a refund was emailed and faxed to them on Sept. 14-26, 2007. Until today I had not had any reply and had figured that they were not going to work with me and that they were not worth the trouble to fight. Today I got notice that they put me into collection for two months charges after I cancelled the Credit Card to stop them from charging any more. As of January 2007, when they were to stop the service and transfer it to another I was paid up. They charged my credit card for several months after I talked to Eric about the transfer. They owe me for charges from February through May 2007 about $500.00. I even emailed Graham C Taylor, Vice President of Operations after he emailed all of the customers telling them they had fixed the problems. Again no reply. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
