I can't even get the sales rep to get me up and running. Called several times and was assured I'd get started that day.\r \r What a joke. Time is money and I don't need to rely on a company with such poor customer service.\r \r I'm done waiting on them, and will move on, even if I have to pay more. more

Keep doing what you are doing!! I've been a customer with live answering service for 2 years and have referred over 100 people to VoiceNation. Top notch service and support. Companies change over time, whatever was going on back in 2008 with these previous reviews is long gone. Keep up the great work! more

Avoid VoiceNation, they don't have a service worth using. 7/7/2008

\r The service provided by VoiceNation/Voice-Plus never worked as promiced. When a person called in they were to have an option to go to a live operator. That function did not work when I first ordered the service in May 2006. I contacted them and was assured they would get it fixed. In November of 2006 I discovered the same problem and decided that I needed a reliable service and followed the procedures to change the service and phone number to another. I personally talked with Eric my contact on December 13 2006 after he received the transfer papers and was assured he would take care of it. He did not, did not return follow up phone calls and the billing department was less than cooperative in working with me and also would not return follow up calls from me or when I did talk to them they assured me that Eric would call me. They charged my Credit Card for 5 months after the service should have been discontinued and I am still waiting for a refund. The last request for a refund was emailed and faxed to them on Sept. 14-26, 2007. Until today I had not had any reply and had figured that they were not going to work with me and that they were not worth the trouble to fight. Today I got notice that they put me into collection for two months charges after I cancelled the Credit Card to stop them from charging any more. As of January 2007, when they were to stop the service and transfer it to another I was paid up. They charged my credit card for several months after I talked to Eric about the transfer. They owe me for charges from February through May 2007 about $500.00. I even emailed Graham C Taylor, Vice President of Operations after he emailed all of the customers telling them they had fixed the problems. Again no reply. I would not recommend this service to anyone. more

VoiceNation Answers Small Business Phone Needs--goes ""beyond the call"" 4/22/2008

I've used this service for 3 years now, and can only rave. I'm a small business owner with a team of 10 people, and most of us work from home. We needed a system to unite us and give us the service levels of a ""big business"" on the budget of a start up.\r \r In short, use Voicenation and never worry about your phone presence again. You can give out one number, and have callers hear a professional pbx route them to you, or any of your team. Everyone gets a virtual extension that rings all the phone numbers you set it up to ring--your house, your cell, your office... You can completely reconfigure the system as your needs change, from an online dashboard. You'll love it. Even better, the system can email you your messages. You'll never lose a message again, or worry that customers have an unprofessional experience.\r \r more

My VoiceNation Nightmare 4/14/2007

On February 11th, I ordered VoiceNation service with a Denver phone number to service our three geographically-separated offices. VoiceNation offered ""Instant Activation"" and I thought that would be perfect for our small start-up company that would start conducting business in full-swing on February 22nd. Well, ""Instant Activation"" meant that I got the full service that I had ordered and paid for on February 26th and then only after numerous calls and online ""service tickets."" I canceled my service on Day 29 of VoiceNation's 30-day Money Back Guarantee via fax and I transferred the phone number to Vonage; Vonage contacted VoiceNation and VoiceNation released the phone number to them on March 13th. April came around and not only had I not gotten my money back, but VoiceNation charged my credit card again! I called and they claimed to have never received the fax and told me I would have to prove that I sent it. I thought I was out of luck because my fax machine doesn't produce a log or print out confirmations (it just says successful or unsuccessful on the display screen). Then I remembered that my fax machine was hooked up to a Sunrocket phone and I got the Sunrocket records for March. Sure enough, there was the 35 second call to their fax number in Buford, GA. I handed that over to them and they still refused to refund my money. Finally, they promised to give me back my April advance charges and I still have yet to even see that. (Remember that they handed the phone number over to Vonage before even half of March was over.) I'd love to give you my name, number, or email to discuss with you all of My VoiceNation Nightmare, but this site doesn't allow that in their reviews. If you are still considering them, perhaps you would be interested in what the BBBs national or Atlanta websites have to say. (I should've looked there before I bought.) Pros: Can't Think of a Single One Cons: Setup, Billing, Customer Service, Didn't honor Money Back Guarantee with me more
