On February 11th, I ordered VoiceNation service with a Denver phone number to service our three geographically-separated offices. VoiceNation offered ""Instant Activation"" and I thought that would be perfect for our small start-up company that would start conducting business in full-swing on February 22nd. Well, ""Instant Activation"" meant that I got the full service that I had ordered and paid for on February 26th and then only after numerous calls and online ""service tickets."" I canceled my service on Day 29 of VoiceNation's 30-day Money Back Guarantee via fax and I transferred the phone number to Vonage; Vonage contacted VoiceNation and VoiceNation released the phone number to them on March 13th. April came around and not only had I not gotten my money back, but VoiceNation charged my credit card again! I called and they claimed to have never received the fax and told me I would have to prove that I sent it. I thought I was out of luck because my fax machine doesn't produce a log or print out confirmations (it just says successful or unsuccessful on the display screen). Then I remembered that my fax machine was hooked up to a Sunrocket phone and I got the Sunrocket records for March. Sure enough, there was the 35 second call to their fax number in Buford, GA. I handed that over to them and they still refused to refund my money. Finally, they promised to give me back my April advance charges and I still have yet to even see that. (Remember that they handed the phone number over to Vonage before even half of March was over.) I'd love to give you my name, number, or email to discuss with you all of My VoiceNation Nightmare, but this site doesn't allow that in their reviews. If you are still considering them, perhaps you would be interested in what the BBBs national or Atlanta websites have to say. (I should've looked there before I bought.)
Pros: Can't Think of a Single One
Cons: Setup, Billing, Customer Service, Didn't honor Money Back Guarantee with me
