I had tried several types of yoga (including Bikram) before I ventured over to Vinyasa yoga at Yoga in Motion. I was instantly hooked...even though I accidentally went to an advanced class for my first experience. The prices are completely reasonable, especially if you buy a 'pass'. I adore Effie (owner and teacher), and can only aspire to someday have a a body like Claudia. Knowing I can go to these yoga classes at night and on weekends helps get me through the day...not to mention, my posture has improved, and I sleep much better at night. I think it's even helping my half-marathon training as well. I highly recommend you check it out - you can drop in for a single class. I promise you won't regret it.
