I RECENTLY GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT WITH MY NEW 2007 BENTLY AND WAS VERY UPSET. MY FRIEND RECOMMENED ME TO THIS SHOP. WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE THE RECEPSIONST WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY SET ME UP WITH ONE OF THERE SERVICE ADVISORS NAMED JOE. HE WAS VERY HELPFULL IN GETTING ALL MY PAPERWORK STARED AND EVEN SET ME UP WITH MY RENTAL, I WAS VERY CONFUSED.HE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE REPAIR PROCESS TO ME. AND TOLD ME HOW MY VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE REPAIRED. WE TOOK A TOUR OF THE SHOP AND FOUND THER WAS A LOT OF HIGH END VEHICLES THERE ALSO, WHICH MADE ME FEEL EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE WITH LEAVING IT THERE.HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE LONGER BECAUSE HE WANTED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE BACK TO MANUFACTURES SPECTS. HE KEPT ME IN CONTACT ALL THE TIME AND I APPRICIATED THAT WHEN I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. YOU COULD NOT TELL THE VEHICLE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SHOP GREAT JOB JOE, THANKS Y&S FOR ALL YOU HARD WORK SINCERLY CHANDRA.
