He doesnt have the part but he thinks that he can fix it. He doesn't wait for a yes or no he just takes off into the outside shed. An hour later he finally says ok got if fixed. Thats an extra sixty five dollars by the way. He then tells me that because he had to bend the part to fix it he won't guarantee anything. In fact he says it might break at any moment when I leave. So then WHY THE HELL DIDN""T YOU TELL ME ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU STARTED WORKING YOU INCOMPETENT PIECE OF ****. Then about a day later the plastic covering on the door comes completely off. In fact I can't even open my door. When I call to tell them to get it fixed they put me on hold indefinitely. Run the other direction if you are thinking aobut having these guys do any work for you.""
Cons: Poor Service. The Discount part of the name is a con to get you in the door.
