The cost is too high. You have to be a member of the church to be on benevolence. The counselors I have seen there are very helpful and kind, but the front desk people are not helpful and they should be more compassionate. I just need help and they are rude and snobby. When you go in somewhere and you want help, it does not help that the receptionist are rude. I hope that someone there reads this and does something about it....\r
I went back and the front desk was more helpful, they did agree to let me pay 40 a visit for four visits. Then regular price. If I joined the church it would be cheaper. I have found an amazing counseling center in hendersonville called the Fresh Start Resources. They actually charge 30 for each visit but if you can not pay you can volunteer. I encourage everyone to check it out!!! They are so helpful. If I ever have money I will give it to this place!!!!!
Pros: Counselors are great
Cons: front desk staff, cost is way to high-counseling in general is way too high.
