The doctors are good, but they are WAY too expensive. They charge you for every little thing possible. Plan on spending at least $100 per visit. You definitely pay for the new facility. They even called me one time because they forgot to charge me for something that cost $10. Who does that? Tacky. You can get low cost vaccines 5 minutes down the road at Critter Fixer next to Stracks. This saves at least $40.
Pros: nice facility, doctors
Cons: price, wait time, and you can't get heartguard there anymore (you now have to order it online)
