They are uncaring to you and your animal. They take horrible care of the animals and all they want is their money, unbelievable place.

Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital – I switched to this vet and they are amazing! I'm sure there are other great vets. in the area, but this one is definitely the best one I've been to. Worth checking out if you are trying to find a new vet! more

Best animal hospital we've ever been to! 3/22/2011

We have been taking our pets to Enchanted Oaks for many, many years now and have had nothing but excellent service! The staff is friendly and professional along with the doctors who have taken very good care of our pets. They care and it shows! We have also boarded our 2 dogs at least twice a year and have a great experience every time. After reading the bad review below I wonder if they are talking about the same clinic? Very Strange!!! more

Best veterinarians ever. 12/10/2010

We brought in our extremely ill cat. On top of being diabetic she had a major infection in almost every organ. She spent several days in their care and there were times where we both thought we had to pull the plug. Today our cat is fine and back to her old self. During the week and a half of care, my wife and I always believed in the care our cat was receiving. The staff are amazing, friendly and most of all compassionate. The vets were outstanding and were patient in answering every question we had no matter how ridiculous or repetitive. We were allowed to visit our animal at any time and they even let our family members visit her as well. I truly believe that she pulled through because of the care she received. Was it expensive? Yes, but her condition was pretty unique and complicated. Several follow up visits costs were about the same as other vets have charged us. Through this they have our complete faith and trust and have made us customers for life. more

Kennel stay 9/1/2009

They hurt my animal while he was staying in their kennel and they never called me to tell me. When I arrived they charged me for the stay. I am in shock that a company would do this. If they would of called me and apologized, I would at least respect their honesty. more

Happy Pets 7/29/2008

We have been taking our two Cairn Terriers to Dr McCall ever since adopting them from the Colonel Potter Cairn Rescue Network. \r They have consistently met or exceeded our expectations regarding friendliness, professionalism and medical services. Plus Dr McCall will take all the time you need to answer questions and explore options. more

Too expensive. 7/23/2008

The doctors are good, but they are WAY too expensive. They charge you for every little thing possible. Plan on spending at least $100 per visit. You definitely pay for the new facility. They even called me one time because they forgot to charge me for something that cost $10. Who does that? Tacky. You can get low cost vaccines 5 minutes down the road at Critter Fixer next to Stracks. This saves at least $40. Pros: nice facility, doctors Cons: price, wait time, and you can't get heartguard there anymore (you now have to order it online) more

Great Veternerian! 7/1/2007

I have dealt with this clinic for years. They are the best. They are the only people to whom I would entrust with my beloved Reuben. Great Vet, professional staff and every thing else a pet lover could want. Pros: Everything more
