They diagnosed my dryer that was not working and scheduled to come back with the part they needed. After 2 no shows, a guy finally came to fix it and handed me a bill that was $30 more than they had quoted. ( which, btw, meant the labor charge $129 for 40 minutes incl both visits! ) Okay, but then, the worst part is that within a week it was no longer working. When I called to tell them this, they said they'd come back, but it might be more money if their diagnosis was incorrect to start with. No sense of them standing behind th repair AT ALL! And then they did another no show! I have called them twice since that no show, and the guy I was speaking to ""is out"" and no calls back.
Pros: They showed up to diagnose the problem.
Cons: I paid them and still do not have a working dryer. And am not getting return calls
