My mother-in-law was in town and wanted this style of a restaurant so we went to Fuji. Our hibachi grill seated 8. There were 6 in our party and another couple joined us. First I will say the food was great but with the right ingredients you can have great food anywhere. I was disappointed in our cook who didn't chat with any of us. I also asked him if he had ever been to Japan and he said ""yes"" so I asked him about something I ate in Japan once. He laughed and said, ""I lied....I've never been to Japan"". There was no show like most places put on, and the prices, I felt, were high. I got the cheapest plate, the shrimp plate, and it was $17.95. Even though mother-in-law paid for it, I don't think we'll go back. It also sets in a storefront instead of being a free-standing restaurant.
Pros: great food
Cons: storefront restaurant, no ""show"" at the table, boring cook, high prices
