First off, I had to wait twenty minutes and watch Santiago read a magazine because the people up front didn't create a ticket for me. Then Santiago shampooed me (without conditioner), rushed through my hair cut and didn't even look at the pictures I brought in. When it was over they had the nerve to charge me $37 for just an average haircut. Visible Changes is not even a real salon, it's like one step above Fantastic Sam's. I normally go to an Aveda salon where they take their time, they listen to me, they use quality products (VC uses Paul Mitchell), and they only charge me $30. They only reason I went today was because I needed my hair cut on a Monday, and Visible Changes was about the only place open. I thought ""how bad could it be?"", pretty bad actually.
