I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked them a month in advance for my 2yo's birthday. On the day of the party, we expected them to arrive at 12 (as stated on my invoice) but they showed up over 3 hours late!!! I didn't think we should have to pay full price because they were so late and the party was ending, but instead of offering a discount or any other options, the owner called it a ""refusal of delivery"" and threatened us with a cancellation fee. At the end of the day, we were left with charges for a bounce house that we never got to use. The owner was completely unsympathetic and offered NO apologies. Spare yourself the heartache and use ANY OTHER jumper company.
