Comic Jumps

Hi, there everyone got this company's info. from a friend of mine after he used them for his kids birthday party. I called about two weeks ahead and booked a water slide. The person taking the order was very detailed on where the slide will be set up and the space needed. Also they let me know about the coupon page on line which I over looked ( they didn't have to give me a chance to save money ) Very nice of them. On Sat. I got a call from the driver, he shows up and set everything up. We were up and running with our water slide in a Few minutes. At the pick up time they showed up and 20 minutes the thing was rolled up. Very efficient I was happy I didn't have to do anything they did it all. You have to allow an hour window for delivery and same for pick up, Beats the comcast window of for hours. Very cool and they got me as a customer in the future. more

Booked a Jumper for my daughter's party on 7/24/10.. The party was for 8/21/10.. I put a$75 deposit down. Now due to issue with the park I selected being booked I had to cancel the jumper on 8/10/2010. When I called on 8/10/10 to cancel I was told by Katie that I would receive a refund by mail in 14 days. On 8/28/10 I called to check the status of my refund and was told by the Manager who claimed his name was Moe that I was not getting refund because they did not like my reason for cancel. The policy on the website indicate there is 7 day cancelation policy, meaning to cancel 7 days prior to the party. I canceled 11 days prior to the party and basically was told and I quote"" Well your reason for cancelling was good enough for the company so we are not giving you a refund"" DONT USE THIS COMPANY BEFORE READING BBB REVIEWS!!! more

Comic Jumps we used this company a bunch of time the bounce houses are always clean I have to say. They offered us early delivery the day before the party at no charge to us last time because they were coming to our area anyway. I thought that was great of them. Very nice people work there everyone was friendly when I talked to them. more

I called and placed an order on Fri. for a Sun. day party and the Comic Jumps Crew made it happened. The order placing process takes a few minutes and the rest is all taken care of by Comic Jumps. The bounce house is delivered and set up by their driver and the kids loved it. It's great I loved how easy this is. The driver called on their e to the house I was able to meet them at the house and tell them where I want it set up. The driver was very nice and friendly, when he came back the kids were still using it he waited while we got them out. Very easy going nice people. more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! In August of this year i had my sons birthday party, so i checked online and found this place. In july i reserved a jumper and balloons. Two weeks before my party i had to cancel. So i sent an email and i called. Katie helped me she said it would take two weeks to get my refund.(I payed by credit card she has to send my money back by check) I was fine with that. 3 weeks went by no check. I sent an email katie said she would look up the account and contact me back. 2 weeks later NO call back. I called and they said they will have to check i told them they need to contact me back. 3 weeks later NO call! I call again and am very mad they said it was sent out a couple days ago i confirmed the address. 2 weeks later NO check! I call them very mad and talk to supervisor he says he can send me out another one, but he has to cancel check and that takes 2 weeks then he will send it. So he will send me another one. 2 weeks later NO check! It is now almost January and I still have not got my refund. They seem nice at first, BUT BEWARE! I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked them a month in advance for my 2yo's birthday. On the day of the party, we expected them to arrive at 12 (as stated on my invoice) but they showed up over 3 hours late!!! I didn't think we should have to pay full price because they were so late and the party was ending, but instead of offering a discount or any other options, the owner called it a ""refusal of delivery"" and threatened us with a cancellation fee. At the end of the day, we were left with charges for a bounce house that we never got to use. The owner was completely unsympathetic and offered NO apologies. Spare yourself the heartache and use ANY OTHER jumper company. more
