They fix their mistakes, that is one nice thing I can say. I saw Deanna for cut and color and it was AWFUL, not what I asked for. My hair was, I don't know what color it was, but it wasn't pretty. I called and came in for her to fix it, but still, not what I asked for, I'm not picky, I'm just blonde. They put me with another stylist and she was AMAZING! thank for fixing your mistake City Salon. Thanks Chance.I've seen just about every stylist in the salon, and never had a problem before. My hair is looking fantastic now. I just know to be a bit more choosy about my stylist.
Pros: They were nice enough to let me come back, no charge until I liked my hair
Cons: Ask about the stylist before you make an appointment.
