went to Jons bridal for my dress and ended up buying a dress for over $1,200.00. The dress had stains on it and beads that needed to be repaired so they kept the dress and veil while they sent it to be repaired. When I went to pick up and pay for my dress and veil that were still at the store I let them know that I was going to look for a different veil with a more feminine look. My mother lives over 2,000 miles away and would not be able to come with me to Jons again so we would have to look in her state when I went to visit her. The store refused to take the veil off of my bill and offered me a store credit for the veil that never even left thier store (plus a $50.00 restocking fee of the veil). I With an excuse that they dont take returns. In my opinion this is not the way to treat a customer who just spent a total of $1,500.00 in your store for a veil that she never even left the store with. BAD BUSINESS DONT GO HERE!
