I signed up for this site just so that I could review Southport Kennels. I just picked my dog up from a four night stay, and I am very upset with the condition that he was returned to me in. He smelled of urine and his blanket was soaked in urine. As soon as we reached the grass outside, he had to urinate very badly. My dog is an adult and has not had an accident in years. In order for him to soak his bedding, he must have rarely/never been taken out. He also developed a sore in his ear and had loose stools twice since we?ve gotten home. He has been boarded before, and never had these problems on those occasions. Also, they returned a large portion of the food that I had left for him, meaning they either did not feed him or changed his food after I left instructions not to. He will never be staying there again.
