Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a medical office. 7/17/2008

They were late to bill me, which I presume was an effort to let me forget that I stopped breathing on the operating table while under the supervision of one of their anesthesiologists. They do not return my calls/messages. Sandra in billing has more attitude than intelligence. I have been trying to receive an itemized bill for over 4 months. I intend to switch to another hospital (I was at St. John's) to avoid having to interact with this anesthesiologist's office again. Cons: Staff was very unhelpful. more
