I have been going to this salon for about a year (if not longer) and loved the way the girl did my hi-lites and cut. I called to make an appmt and was informed that she was no longer there. They gave me someone else to do my hilites and cut. This person did such a terrible job!! Not only was my hair ORANGE but she was supposed to straighten it for me and it was curly in back on the bottom. I was so agravated that I called them a few days later to speak with the manager/owner who i left a message for and he never called me back. Gotta love the customer service...NOT!
