i went to this Pitkin avenue optical with much caution because of location. Honestly, it is sad that in the inner-city areas of New York city, customer service really stinks. When I went to Shades of Brooklyn I was very please with the willingness to help, and the excellent customer service. It wasn't astonishing customer service, Also was not such a great selection of designer frames.
Pros: plenty seating, television, low music, everyone friendly
Cons: wait time, not great selection.
