Alside did not act in good faith to resolve a simple problem with screens that did not fit. It has been 8 months and still no action. I would strongly advise against buying their products as they abandon the customer before the job was finished.
Pros: windows were of nice quality
Cons: screens did not fit after 8 months and 3 visits, non-responsive customer service
