Great products and great customer service 9/30/2010

I have been buying wholesale from alside/revere for more than 10 years they always go above and beyond to correct situations which in some cases are difficult to find easy solutions too. It sometimes takes time, but they generally come up with an acceptable solution. I would highly recommend them and their products. more

Lousy customer service 7/21/2008

Alside did not act in good faith to resolve a simple problem with screens that did not fit. It has been 8 months and still no action. I would strongly advise against buying their products as they abandon the customer before the job was finished. Pros: windows were of nice quality Cons: screens did not fit after 8 months and 3 visits, non-responsive customer service more
