For the second time in a year I have raw sewage pouring into my apartment. Not only did it take management over 6 hours to get back to me, but they had the gall to say that the raw sewage was nothing but ""Brown, smelly water that came from a toilet"" . The manager called me a liar and a whiner.
Pros: looks good in the brochure!
Cons: very bad maintenence
