I have a dog and a cat and in an effort to try to control my costs in this crazy economy, I chose to order my pet medecine on-line. Lakemont Veterinary would not cooperate with the on-line company and forced me to drive to their location (15-20 miles for me) to pick up a prescription. Then, they had the nerve to charge me $3.00 for the prescription. That is like your doctor telling you that you have to buy your meds from him/her rather than go to WalMart or CVS. That is an attempt to block free commerce. If the mark-up was not so high in the Vets' offices, I would be happy to buy my pets' meds there. They cannot control where I buy my pets' medications. They can share their opinions but that is all. They not only lost my two pets but they lost my boyfriend's two pets when he moves over here.\r
