called for monthly lawn services they advertised for $29/month first month and $49 thereafter which you may think that you can terminate service at any time if 1st service result is not of your satifisfication. However they did not tell that once enrolled that ads program and the 1st 29$ service is done, it automatically trigger the full service enrollment including extra service (like aeration or seeding) charged for big $. They did not send out paper agreement and the schedule of all services as promised so that you won't know it. and then they came in doing those costy extra service without notice on the next day right after doing the 1st 29$ service and simply left a big bill. then they claim full service was activated but you did not call to cancell so you have to pay.
