I must say I'm really dissapointed in the way your taking advantage of your customers. This stuff of paying a flat fee to lock into a set amount per gallon, what a joke!!! We've been customers of yours for darn near 20 yrs. and this is what we get for our loyalty.\r
There was even a time when somehow your office mistakenly put us on a call to fill when we were suppose to be on the budget/keep full plan. We came home from Mi. in Dec. to find our home ice cold,\r
did we switch companies? NO. But I'll be shopping around now, again thanks for taking care of those who've taken care of you!!!
