Ken came out immediately to do the estimate. His truck leaked oil all over our brand new driveway-he knew it and didnt even apologize. He promised a start date of the next week. 3 weeks later he has our deposit and all we have are fenceposts. He has excuse after excuse. He won't anser his phone if we call from our phone....but if I call from a different number he picks up quickly. He also uses a ""I've been sick excuse"" a little too often. He also admitted that his subcontractors screwed up someone's fence and he had to hire someone else to fix it. Why would you tell someone that ? I would not recommend him for ANYTHING.\r
