We had been taking our two dogs there for years, and it just seemed like the customer service had been declining over several visits. The last time we went, we asked that our ailing dog not be put in the waiting room with the other dogs, and requested to come in the side door. They weren't very sympathetic, and when the assistant came to take our dog he let the leash go, and our dog got loose and ended up in the middle of the road... they didn't run after him or seem to be alarmed. We've since moved to a lovely vet in Alpharetta, and would advise those whose pets need special, quality care, to find an alternative doctor, as well. I'm sure for routine check ups, they get the job done... but thats not what we look for from a vet. Dogs are already traumatized enough with the experience... why not make it as easy for them as possible?
