I have been with State Farm insurance for many years, but switched my service over to this agent's office about a year ago after not receiving the the kind of service I thought I should from my previous agent. It was one of the best moves I have ever made. I have several policies with this office, both personal and business, and I never have any trouble getting someone when I call and they always respond to whatever question or issue I have promptly and professionally. I have dealt mostly with Ben and I feel that he sincerely cares about my insurance needs. He is not pushy, takes the time to explain everything in the policy and I believe that he is looking out for my best interests and not just selling me something I don't need. In addition, Ben has even frequented my store since becoming my agent, and as a business man, that really makes an impression. I highly recommend this agency.
