I walked into the store and instead of being greeted with a ""hello"" or a smile, I was sneered at with no words spoken, even though I smiled at him. The owner NEVER offered to assist me in any way, pointed rudely to the pen I was to use, glared at me the entire time I was checking out, then he virtually threw the receipt at me. I have never been treated so rudely in a store before by an owner. UPS's website says that they look for ""Qualified candidates for our franchise include people who enjoy working with the public, know how to provide the world-class customer service..."". This man was very far from that! I want to report him to corporate headquarters to make them aware that he is NOT representing UPS's image positively. It's obvious he hates working with people and I will never patronize his store again.
Pros: None, especially considering there's a UPS store on virtually every corner
Cons: Extremely rude and unfriendly owner!
