I had the worst experience in this store today. Against my better judgment (the owner has been rude to work with in the past), I went to this branch because I was in a rush and it is the one closest to my home. When I went in, the owner was on a personal call. He seemed really annoyed that I had ""interrupted"" him. I needed to fax something and two of my pages had taped receipts on them. He impatiently told me to copy the pages with receipts on them. When I put the pages through the automatic feeder on the copier, he YELLED at me, ""Why didn't you put them on the glass?!!!!"" I didn't put them on the glass because the receipts were *very* well taped down on all four sides and, frankly, I thought it was overkill to copy them in the first place. He continued to stand there and scold me that the pages could have gotten stuck in the feeder, the whole time waving the pages in my face! I would like to add that all of this happened AFTER the sheets had already gone through - nothing was even wrong! \r

Like I said, I have had difficult dealings with this man before. In fact, I don't think I have even gone in his store when he has given me or any other customer even a friendly greeting. He always seems annoyed and put out by his customers. I can't believe that he hasn't been reprimanded my UPS corporate headquarters based on some of the other reviews I've read. Can I give less than one star?\r

In this recession, jerks like this guy, who make no attempt to provide good customer service, will hopefully be put out of business. I won't ever give him another penny of my business. From now on, I'll go out of my way to go to the two super nice ladies at the UPS store at 1251 NW Maynard Rd. I've gone to them for years and I've never been treated rudely - and they always have a lollipop for my five year old son!
Pros: Convenience - but after this experience, I'd rather wait in line at the post office
Cons: Incredibly rude owner
