Have dealed with Hoey insurance for 15+ years now. Recently they went through employee changes & have dropped the ball ever since. Mark (who screams on the phone ""I AM THE OWNER DEAR, DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT?!?!) has managed to screw up my policy for 5 straight months now while blaming past employess & claiming to have fixed it. After being being asked on the phone why the mistakes have not been fixed, as I was told they were by him for the past 4 months that they were, I was told I could go find somewhere else to do business & hung up on. VERY unprofessional. I will be sure that myself & everyone else in my family who has never had a problem with this agency until he took over does so as well. Beware!
