TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE 6/18/2008

Fred's Appliance gave us the most unprofessional service I have ever received! After waiting for months for an ""ordered part"" I gave up and called the manufacturer. I received the parts the next day. And then had to wait for Fred to install. They first came and said it was a two man job. So I had to spend another day waiting for them to come with two men. The two men came (one being Fred, who was very unprofessional) and said they were the wrong parts. They were supposed to contact the manufacturer and get me the correct part and call me back the same day. The call came a day late, the part never came. I called the manufacturer and again the part came the next day. But I had to wait for Fred's to install it. I scheduled TWO appointments. Fred was a NO SHOW BOTH TIMES!!!! I was furious. By now I had figured out to deal with the manufacturer directly. They were very helpful, but could not control Fred. They had another service company come out (National Repair 866-249-5033). They came within days of the call and got the job done quickly and professionally. I have never had an experience so frustrating and Fred's just didn't care at ALL!
