Watch out! I love and (used to use) their servies, but do NOT become a member until they revise their membership terms. To quit Spa One, you must physically go into an office, get a form, and fax or mail it to corporate.\r
\r
That's all fine and good, but they never told me this until I realized after I tried to quit (and received a phone and verbal confirmation as well as confirmation directly to my face) and saw I was still being billed monthly. \r
So, I have *unwillingly* been a member since November, 2007. I was *willingly* a member until February of 2008.\r
\r
In February they happily put my balance on a gift card, but I was never actually removed as a member. I've unsucessfully tried to get a refund for all the months they billed me.
Pros: Great spa services
Cons: Horrible business practices and unethical behavior
