Puttin in the ritz is a business without a heart. They called me the day of my grandfather's funeral and screamed at me because the check I had sent, had not arrived (which was not yet late due to the terms of our agreement). I offered to pay with a card, and they refused saying that didn't trust my mom's credit card. They threatened to cancel my wedding reception. They then went on to yell at my mother (who had just had her father's funeral), saying that they were ""sorry she was having a family crisis but it wasn't their problem."" Then, the next day when my wedding was called off, they did not refund a cent. When we asked them to deliver the food to the hotel instead of to the reception site, they refused. My uncle went to pick it up and they gave it to him frozen. They still charged us for a keg that was not delivered and servers that were not used. DO NOT use their services. Saving a dollar or two is not worth it.
