We were scheduled with them through our home warranty company. They told us we needed to have our air turned off (this was in 100 degree heat). I am understanding of this, but not when they canceled on us two days in a row. After the first cancellation we were told that they could not give us a first thing in the morning appointment. So I went to work early knowing that I would have to leave work early. They called me shortly after I arrived at work telling me that the technician was on the way and would be there in 45 minutes (first thing in the morning). Two and 1/2 hours later I'm still waiting. I call and they tell me that the technician has just resigned that morning. Somewhere after the time he called me he resigned? And they don't have anyone else to send out today. I don't buy it. Something is up with this company. I asked why they didn't bother to call me and they stated that they turned the notice into the warranty company and it was up to them to inform me. Meanwhile - I miss work waiting on them to show up! This is customer service at its worst!
