I had previously had a condition that made it impossible for me to work out as I had in the past. In February I had surgery, and suddenly had more energy than I had in many years. Unfortunately, I had also put on 20 lbs. I decided I wanted to take my exercise experience to a new level. I began to search for a bootcamp in the Charlotte area and Tiffany's Fit 4 Life Bootcamp came up during my search. I have been very pleased with the bootcamp, it is hard, very challenging, but it is worth it. I plan on continuing for a long time because I like the results. Tiffany is great and she knows her stuff. She makes sure that we are executing the moves correctly to recieve maximum results. My experience has revived my passion for good health. I highly recommend Tiffany's Fit 4 Life Bootcamp!
