Poor customer service is an understatement. Was told that our order would be ready by Tuesday. Drove 25 miles on Wednesday to pick it up. Walked in the door and wasn?t even greeted for about 5 minutes. Once I was finally asked why I was there I soon came to learn that our order hadn?t even been started so was told their dryer was broken. Their response to me was ?well, you really should?ve called before coming.? Hello woman, you are the one who said it will be ready on Tuesday; therefore, good customer service would mean YOU call the customer and inform them that your machine is down and when to expect the order. Then it might be helpful to actually have the order ready when you say it will be, or again, CALL the customer. Needless to say, the next day they said it would be ready and yet again it hadn?t been started so a lengthy waiting room sit was the next step. After all of this they didn?t even offer a discount or a ?real? apology. I don?t recommend Royal Tees.
