I placed my order with Royal Tee's more then 3 weeks in advance and got them 4 days later then I had requested. Quite honestly it's not so much the fact that my order was 4 days late, but that I was told they would be ready by a specific date and when I showed up (a day later then the scheduled date), the shirts were not ready and I was told that I was in the wrong for not calling before I came. Shouldn't they have called and told me they weren't ready yet as promised? I call back 2 days later to find out the status and can't get an answer from anyone that works there. Finally after 3 phone calls I speak to the owner and was told that the order was being printed ""as we speak"". This was at 1:30. When I show up at 5:30 to pick the order up, I have to wait for 45 mintues while they print the order. I had been completely lied to on the phone earlier that day and faced a huge inconvenience of making TWO drives to their location to pick them up, and then had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while they were printed....4 days AFTER the deadline! When asked for a discount for my inconveience, I was basically told to take it or leave it. They honestly could give a darn less if I ever use them again! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all at Royal Tee's! I understand that equipment can break, but call your customer and communicate this to them. Through the entire process, Royal Tee's did not place even one phone call to me with an update!
